Join us for an exploration of the wines and cuisine of Spain. Local chef Paul Bachand of Recipe Newberg will be bringing the heat with some darn fine Paella, a range of pintxos and more. You will be fed well! General Manager of Jose Pastor Selections, Chris Barnes, will be on hand to guide us through the terroir of Spain. JPS represents some of the hottest New Wave producers as well the standard-bearing Old Guard from all around Spain. We will take an in-depth look at a handful of their top producers. This will be a tasting that is impossible to replicate at home!  After the dinner we will keep the vinyl spinning and we invite you to raid our deep cellar—Spain, Burgundy and beyond.
